Revolutionary Army

The Revolutionary Army is not a pirate crew in it's traditional sense. It was founded by Monkey D. Dragon to fight injustice in the world and to oppose the World Government.

Captain/Leader:

Monkey D. Dragon

Monkey D. Dragon is the leader of the Revolutionary Army. He is a former Marine who got disillusioned by their actions at God Valley. He is the son of Hero of the Marines Monkey D. Garp and father of future King of the Pirates Monkey D. Luffy. Before founding the Revolutionary Army he led the Freedom Fighter Organisation which directly lead to the Revolutionary Army. Dragon is known as the worlds most dangerous criminal and the worlds Most Wanted. Though we do not know his bounty, it is theorized to be in the billions.

Founded:

Ohara/Bartigo

What we know so far is that Dragon decided to found the Revolutionary Army after the Buster Call at Ohara. When he met Dr. Vegapunk there he was already leading the Freedom fighters. The genocide at Ohara made him decide it was time for a real change. The first known base of the Army was at Bartigo. After it was destroyed by Marshal D. Teach aka. Blackbeard, the headquaters were moved to New Kama Island.

This is only a rough approximate since we only know the bounties of a few members of the Army. Since Dragon is supposedly the worlds Most Wanted Man, we can assume that the actual bounty is way larger.

Number of Members:

23 Members

These are only the reoccuring members of the Revolutionary Army. The army spans the entire globe and can probably rival the Marines in sheer numbers, maybe even surpass them. However the Army also consists of many untrained rebels who support the army through whichever means possible.

Flagship:

Wind Granma

The Wind Granma is the flagship of the Revolutionary Army. It is said to be a pitch black ship with a dragon as its figure head, representing Monkey D. Dragon himself. There are many theories about this ship. Many speculate that the illusive "Man marked by flames" is traveling with this ship, carrying the final Road Poneglyph. Some even speculate that Dragon himself is the Man marked by flames.

Territory/Base:

Bartigo / New Kama Island

The original base of the Revolutionary Army was Bartigo. So far we do not know it's actual location. What we do know is that Emperor Marshal D. Teach aka. Blackbeard destroyed Bartigo during the time skip. Afterwards the Army moved their headquater to New Kama Island which is ruled by Ivankov, the number three of the Army.

Affiliation:

Many islands and nations around the world

While we do not have many confirmed names of nations affiliated with the army, we know that the Revolutionary Army has supported many suppressed people. One of the nations affiliated with the army was destoryed by Imu using the ancient weapon Uranus. The name of that island was Lulusia. According to the World Government, that island never existed.
