Briefing

In the year 2047 a large scale pandemic swept over world.

A virus of unknown origin had spread first in the southern parts of Clienstein. Within only 3 weeks, approximately a half of Cliensteins population had been infected and about a quarter had lost their lives to it.

As word of a deadly uncurable disease spread throughout the country and reached beyond borders, the ourbreak of a mass panic was unavoidable. The world was plunged into a nearly appocalyptic state with laws and morals turning into nothing but words on a paper and a second of thought.

This is what lead to scientists and researchers from all over the world put their lifes worth of knowledge together. All in an attempt to find a cure to this madness – in vain.

As research continued to yield no results, research centers and hospitals faded one by one. The disease continued to take lives and with them the little hope that was left in the people.
The disease was officially decleared incurable and untreatable. Doctors refused to receive patients that showed even the lightest symptoms of being infected and research centers put down their coats in defeat.

But within the that chaos, somewhere within the dark confines of the underground laboratories in the Alliana Research Center of Clienstein, one scientist had already set a plan into motion – Project Delta.
